BFTA Board Meetings

BFTA Board meetings occur the second Thursday of most odd number months and start at 7:00 pm. Meetings are at the Black Forest Community Center, 12530 Black Forest Road (near the corner of Black Forest and Shoup Roads) except for January. Click here for a map. January meetings are held at the Black Forest Fire/Rescue facility at 11445 Teachout Road (map).

Board meetings are open to all BFTA members as well as non-members. Visitors are encouraged to attend the annual meeting.

EPC Park Advisory Board Meeting

The Park Advisory Board meets the second Wednesday of each month at 1:30 PM.
Meetings are held in the County Office Building, Third Floor Hearing Room, 27 E. Vermijo, Colorado Springs, Colorado.

EPC Planning Commission Meetings

The Planning Commission is advisory to the Board of County Commissioners on most land use requests.
Exceptions – where the request is not forwarded to the Board of County Commissioners, are Amendments to the County Master Plan and Location Approvals.

The Planning Commission currently meets on the first and third Tuesdays of each month.
Meetings are held in the Hearing Room, Second Floor, Pikes Peak Regional Development Center, 2880 International Circle, Colorado Springs, Colorado.

EPC Board of County Commissioners

The County Commissioners are constitutional officers elected to four-year terms. The Board of County Commissioners (BoCC), an administrative and policy-making body, has only such powers and authority as are granted by the General Assembly of the Colorado State Legislature.

The Board of County Commissioners currently meets on most Mondays and Thursdays.
Meetings are held in the County Office Building, Third Floor Hearing Room, 27 E. Vermijo, Colorado Springs, Colorado.
