Black Forest Trails Association

We are building a database of wildflowers found in the local area. Most of the photos were taken in the Black Forest Regional Park or Black Forest Section 16. This is an ongoning project. Please notify the webmaster of any errors.

The database can be searched by common name; color; or all or a portion of the scientific name (Family (scientific name or description), Genus, or species).

Enter one or more words into the search box and click the Go button.

Examples:

Asteraceae - will return all flowers in the Aster family
Aster - will return all flowers in the Asteraceae family
blue - will return all blue flowers
red pink - will return all red and pink flowers
kinnikinnick - displays only the kinnikinnick or bear berry flower
